The refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be received in writing ten (10) days prior to the scheduled event. Please send cancellation request to treasurer@virginiaassessment.org or Sue Misjuns, VAG Treasurer; c/o Liberty University; Office of Institutional Effectiveness; 1971 University Blvd.; Lynchburg, VA 24502. Refunds will be processed after the scheduled event. Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after this time nor will they be given for no-shows after the event. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Conference registration includes a Monday reception party, breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch on Tuesday afternoon, and several snack breaks.
